Photography & Drone Policy

• Visitors are permitted to use cameras & videos to record their personal activities at Cockington Green Gardens. We also encourage our patrons to share these images with family & friends and keep them for personal use only. Please be considerate of other patrons possibly not wishing to be included in your family photo. 
• For the safety of our guests, employees and display property, as well as concerns for individual privacy, Cockington Green Gardens and regulations, prohibits the operation or use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA), or drones over the Cockington Green Gardens property by the general public – including recreational users and hobbyists – without prior written authorisation from management of Cockington Green Gardens.  
• The operation of Drones is governed by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), via Civil Aviation Regulations part 101 (CASR101). 
• All users of UAV/RPA/DRONES are responsible for acting within the parameters of the governing legislation.
