Weather
Cockington Green is primarily an outdoor display, so please wear suitable clothing and footwear to navigate your way around our granite pathways. Hats are always a great idea on hot summer days. If you do forget your hat, we do have a selection in our souvenir shop. In the event of wet weather, there is a limited supply of umbrellas available for guests.
We are open in many weather conditions, however, the display may be closed in the event of extreme weather conditions.
Our steam train can be shut down in lightning storms.
Refunds are not offered for visitation during inclement weather.
